How to restrict usage of a game installed on iPad Air 2

My daughter has an iPad Air 2 and loves to play the game Minecraft - which is installed on the iPad. She also uses the iPad for homework and school projects. Is there a way I can temporarily prevent access to the Minecraft game when she is supposed to be working on schoolwork?

Good question- I dont believe you can- Only way is to delete it before she does schoolwork but then I think that messes with the level they are on. Maybe someone else has another suggestion.

If you go to Settings - General - Restrictions and then scroll down to the "Allowed Content" section, you can tap on "Apps", and then select the age range. Apps that are rated above what you set will be removed from view.

Minecraft is rated 4+ tho

I would use Guided Access or Restrictions as well to limit the access to the game.

Thanks for the input. Is "Guided Access" an app? I'm still learning all of the iPad features.
