My iPad Air 2 has only 16 and its full, can you please tell me how I can purchase more storage

I am out of storage and I have deleted apps and pictures

Welcome to iMore!

Unfortunately there is no way to add memory to an iPad without buying a new one.

What you can do, however, is check your photos for the Recently Deleted folder and make sure it's clear.

Also, if you go to Settings -> General -> Storage and iCloud usage -> Manage storage (may vary depending on iOS version)

You can see what is taking up the space and delete from there if desired.
