    Try Power Cycling the Router. This has worked for me. If it doesn't, call your IP to see if they are having a problem on their end.

    Yeah but I have various other stuff on this router with no issues and even the iPad has no issues other then in safari .

    Try Reset Network Settings.
    Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards.

    If that does not work, try reset all settings.
    If other devices work ok on wifi, then it's your phone's connection. Be sure all is set right.

    I've done everything and I'm still having this issue . My Samsung Galaxy note 4 , and other devices have no issues using wifi but my iPad does .

    I'm still having this issue ....how does this get fixed ? Only have 10gb of data for my iPad and phone and can't watch Netflix on my iPad because it will just make me go over

    I'd call or go to an Apple Store. All the self-help options have been suggested except for doing a complete restore of the device. You are certainly within the 1 year warranty if it is an iPad Air 2.
