Multiple Users for Ipad?

Looking for info, how to, or app for multiples users for iPad?
I just purchased a iPad4 (Father Day Gift) and am getting a iPad2 in another month.
Problem is I have two teen kids 15 and 13 who would have iTouch's who would also like to use MY iPad!
Is there an easy way to share the Ipad using a multiple users mode or app?
They would like just to have there e-mail and text apps available for use.
I have an iPhone4S for work and am going to use the iPad for work also?

I remember Rene touching on this a while back. It was a "want" for iOS 5 or 6, I believe.
It's disappointing that Apple still hasn't implemented a feature like this for the iPad.

Are there any apps that could potentially throw passwords on certain apps or anything like that? So then at least you can let them use it without getting into your work/personal stuff?

No. Unless you jailbreak it you cannot do that. You can set a device password however.
