My daughter noticed my iPad went down 30% during her 30 min FT music lesson. Also the week before it shut down during the lesson . Think I can get a new battery for it and give it new life? Any recs for an upgrade that’s not the newest?

The 2017 ipad is $249 at Walmart and bestbuy. 32g and  pencil support. Best deal out there

I don’t use it like I did but I’m considering an upgrade because its age doesn’t help it get much use either! Thanks!

Try using your iPad till it closes itself down,then charge to 100%, do that 3 times and then your battery should be as good as it can be. This procedure is meant for nicads and nimh batteries, but seems to help with my older lithium batteries as well.
