Does Auto-Lock shut down all operations on an iPad 3rd Generation
First let me explain. I'm old and non-tech. I have just bought an App to monitor my sleeping, and it syncs to my iPad (3rd Generation) via Bluetooth. So far, so good, and it works fine. I've got my iPad Auto-Lock set to "Never", so that it will continue to receive signals from the App Monitor checking my sleep patterns all night. However, the light from the iPad screen keeps me awake (and, no, moving it away is not an option). If I re-set the Auto-Lock to, say, "5 minutes", will it continue to receive the signals, or does Auto-Lock effectively shut the whole thing down?
