After updating my IPad to the latest OS including the last minor bug fix, I cannot get it to charge past 33%. I have done hard reboots, etc. Any ideas?

Put the device in DFU mode, connect it to iTunes and then restore and set up as new. Please backup your device prior to performing this function.
