question about iPad 3 jailbreak

sorry, I am one total newbie for jailbreak. so here is some of question about iPad 3 jailbreak:

1) Will I lose Apple warranty if I jailbreak? And how to restore back?

2) Any technical risk to jailbreak? Someone told me my iPad may become brick if I jailbreak....

You can't jailbreak it yet. It isn't possible.
Technically it voids the warrantee but really you just restore as new if there's a problem.
