    What do you mean when you say "logging in to your cellular data plan"? Are you trying to logon to your carrier's website to check your usage data? If so, you can simply download either the MyVerizon or MyAT&T app to do that.

    Sometimes it takes awhile when you press View Account. You login and it's fast. I have no problems on mine?
