Data Problem

I have a VZW 64gb 4g model and I've got everything set up, it shows that I have a full Verizon 3G service but won't connect to the data to activate. I've tried resetting it and I've tried to sync it with itunes but it still won't do anything. It shows my phone number for the device under settings and I can click view account under cell data and it says sim card already activated and call customer service.

Any suggestions or ideas?

Sounds like a post paid plan. You'll need to visit a verizon store most likely. Or you can try to reprovision it in settings. General>reset (at bottom)> then you should see it.
