Multitap for iPhone 4?

I don't like the QWERTY keyboards for the iPhone. The buttons are too small to type. However, I can't switch to the multitap keyboard. Is it there in iPhone 4? How can I get that?

There are a few apps for this. I use MultiTap Text and I think it works fine.
