And seriously now, let me be clear - the device I've seen had a home button but that was a ways back and it was in a case so the only obvious change I could notice was the screen. So you can say they omitted the home button but I really think that would be doubtful.

True story. And he then had the nerve to call me a "d!ck" when I said that I was just not going to do that. What is funny is when I sold it, he asked me why I was getting rid of it. I told him the iPad 3 was just on the horizon and his response was "nah. not until summer/fall dude".

It doesn't have a home button also. But it might be in landscape orientation..
