Why can't I download anything?

Download problem

i have an ipad2. I updated to ios9 and now I can't get Game Center or download anything from the App Store. Help

Welcome to iMore, Joanne! Are you getting an error message? What exactly is happening when you try to log into Game Center or download an app? Here's a few things to try:
1. Reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo, then try logging in to Game Center or downloading an app again.
2. Restore your phone. I recommend doing this through iTunes. Make sure your photos, videos, and music are backed up first.
