I just downloaded iOS9.1. Why is there no Siri?

There is no sign of the Siri program on my. IPad(2). Shouldn't it be with the new downloaded software?

The iPad 2 unfortunately does not support Siri. The only way you can get it, is by upgrading the hardware.
