iCloud iTunes movies freezing

Got a on going issue maybe someone can help suggest a idea.
I have tried google but so far I have not found what I am talking about

I have purchased about 75 movies via iTunes some HD some SD

My kids use their iPads to watch the movies via streaming iCloud

They start complaining to me that the movie will pause and freeze

This even happens sometimes on my Apple TV as well.

I recently was able to up my ISP to a bonded pair 45 /5 plan I was on a 18/3
My hope was that would solve this issue thinking it was a bandwidth problem.
My understanding is a HD iTunes movie needs 8mbps solid to stream. So with both my kids watching movies at the same time I should be fine.

I am still having issues

This only happens on iTunes movies not Netflix .. You tube .. Etc

My router is a airport express current model
Bridged to my gateway.
I am pulling 30 to 35 Mbps wireless on the 5ghz channel.
I have already configured my wireless channel so I am the only one on that channel in my area.
My DNS is set to use googles
It is not a ISP issue or band width issue that I can tell.
Maybe apple servers ?

Both kids iPads are 16gb would it freeze streaming if it's low on space due to caching movies and "other space" ?

Most of you know me I have been around awhile and only ask question when is something good haha

So sound off what am I missing ?

Nothing I can think of off hand. Gonna try and stream a movie tomorrow and see what happens.

It happens most when they both are doing at same time ..only iTunes thou One movie playing seems ok .. My main thing is why can't they both ? My Connection can handle it and I'm pretty sure my router can handle it also ..

Unfortunately sounds like you've covered all the bases. If it only happens when they are both watching at the same time, it doesn't sound like an issue with buffer space on the iPad. Are they trying to watch the same movie or different ones?

Same movie or different it don't matter .. Sometimes it happens when only only one is watching also ..
I thought about get a AirPort Extreme vs my express but I don't think that will help
Only thing I can think is it's apples servers are slow or take more bandwidth than what they say
