    Certainly one of our Directors is having difficulties with her iPad 2 since the most recent software updates.

    Some emails hold on load. Emails won't delete. These issues are both on an exchange account that has been working fine on IOS6. The emails are syncing fine, just difficulties with deleting and hanging.
    My personal POP3 accounts throws an error up when I delete emails saying it cannot find the folder.

    Any recommendations for these problems?

    The problem is probably on the email provider's side of things and not the device. Check the provider's website and see if it indicates that it's dealing with email-related issues. You can also try rebooting the device or resetting the Network settings.
