    Ok so I bought my wife am iPad 2 for mothers day. And she was notified about the update last night. After she updated it, it seems to not want to open any app. What can I do to fix this problem.

    I would first try a hard reboot. Hold the lock and home buttons together until phone reboots showing the Apple logo. If that doesn't work, you will need to perform a software restore on iTunes on your Mac or PC.
