    we just purchased a new ipad2 the other day and when we try to log into netflix, we get a message telling us that the username or password is not valid. netflix is currently workling on a pc, laptop, iphone, droid just not the ipad with the same username and password. we have an ipad 1, which was working fine till we brought home the 2, now neither one works. tried calling netflix, they blamed Apple, tried calling Apple, they blame netflix. saw a post about the time, thats not the issue. uninstalled from the backup computer, reinstalled, shutdown ipad. still no luck.

    Hi,

    Well I am not a technician, but I can suggest you something. Try contacting your provider, he can help you. Also try to update the software in your iPad. There are somerecent patches that you can try.
