    I am trying to setup my work email thru my ISP (Charter). When I select add account, according to manual instructions, I should see a choice between IMAP and POP. Well, I am not seeing that, IPad wants to set it up as IMAP regardless. I even tried to set it up as IMAP but it obviously would not work. Despite searching here and other places I cannot find an answer to correct the problem. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? Thank you for any help

    Which directions are you using? These?

    It would help to know what you're specifically tried. What are you specifying for the various settings?
