No. It's not officially supported. Pay the $100 or wait for iOS 5

Actually I read on tipb that you only have to buy Xcode in the Mac app store to enable gestures. You just ignore the link to a dev account.

It's for people with no mac to activate it, if it was for windows too I'll pay 5 bucks any day. How is unlucking an os feature stealing? It's not an app tat you install. It's an iOS feature locked by apple.

I wonder why Apple chose to lock it down? I suspect that it was just to annoy some customers.</sarcasm>

Apple locked it down because its designed for developers. Not some 13 year olds who want to have the latest gimmick from Apple.

I can't believe some people are angry about others using this. Essentially, this is exactly what we've been doing with jailbreaking for years now--enabling features that Apple hasn't supported on its own--yet nobody is hurling insults about that. What's the issue here?

No one is angry. Its just enabling a gimmik that apple took out for a reason. Like they said in the podcasts, how will a gesture know what to do when you are in an app that uses those same gestures?

Ha, I was more thinking of the other comment...
    Well you did say "people"

Ironic that someone with the username, "applecpugeek" neither has a Mac, nor the know-how to enable a geek feature. Hmmm...
