xcode and gestures

I have a question for anyone that can help.. I downloaded xcode 3 to enable gestures on ipad 2..working just fine. however, now that I downloaded xcode which is a big file, can I uninstall xcode now? will it remove the gestures once I delete it? thanks...

You can uninstall it, but if you have to do a restore or anything on your iPad you'll have to install it again to get the gestures feature back. Unless Apple actually enables those, which I just don't get why they didn't to begin with.

i enabled gestures on my iPad2 using iBackupBot.

It was pretty easy to do and does not require a jail broken device.

Here is the site with the steps:


Only downside to using this method is there is no switch in settings to enable or disable it. It is just always on.

Have you tried this? Work well? Because I am interested for sure.
