I've been a lurker for a while. Trying to decide what tablet to get. Some of the in-laws just got the iPhone 4 and I will must likely get the 5 whenever it comes to Verizon. With that out of the way....I also want to get an iPad. Figuring that an iPhone is in my future, should I get the original or the 2. I figure it will just be for the Internet and Garage Band and the phone would be for the phone and Facetime. Do you guys and gals think the performance jump will be big enough to warrant the getting the 2 or should I get the original at a discount? I'm not really worried about the cameras on the 2 either, just thinking it'll be a huge jump in performance. Thanks.
