I ordered mine on RELEASE DATE in CANADA at 1AM on March 25th...

I noticed that mine originally stated at time of order:

Not Shipped

Ships: April 15
Delivers: April 22

Today I noticed it has changed to:
Prepared for Shipment
IPAD WI-FI 3G 32GB BLACK-CAN
Ships: April 15
Delivers: April 19

Hopefully they ship it earlier...

I ordered mine 31 March. 64/3g/ATT and it just changed on Apples website to 2-3 weeks from 3-4 weeks. However, my ship date is still 4 weeks out LOL. Hope they adjust for us that already placed a order!

I ordered a 64gb Black ATT yesterday and i have a ship date/delivers by date of May 2nd/May 5 hopefully that comes down. Picked up what I thought was a 64gb Verizon yesterday after standing in line from about 4:00am turns out they sold me a 32gb one

Shipping/Delivery times haven't changed, but I expect it to come at least a week earlier now. I won't open it till the semester ends, though, so it doesn't make much of a difference to me.

Just following up on my post back from march 20th when i placed the order, I just got shipment notification from apple that it has shipped out and due to deliver by 04/16. so i guess they are shipping about a week earlier then they estimated..

Update from post #237: Shipping process has started. It was just picked up at Shenzen. Initial delivery date was Apr 25, and now it's Apr 19, so almost one week early. Ordered Mar 23.

two reason why the hold up.


1. people like me that order Ipad 2 on March 12 still have not receive it

2. Apple change the comment days twice.. 2-3 week, then 1-2 weeks.
so that means you have to wait for the people are still waiting for their that order sooner. You are in line.

my order was a big nightmare . but finely it arrived in Ak at 1pm today.

So .. you just have to wait like everybody else .



even the shipping is a nightmare.
