I saw the update as I was about to go into a meeting so I just let it install. The install was actually fast.

I had an interesting behaviour.

After installing the Beta 5, I had to power cycle my iPhone before it would accept any form of charging. Result: It didn't charge overnight and I was down to 20% at 8:00 this morning.

Oh wow. I haven’t come across anything like that yet.

Is it normal for Bluetooth to be turned on after every update? That’s seems to always happen to mine. Nothing serious.

I’m not sure. I keep Bluetooth enabled on my iPhone since it’s typically connected to one of my headsets or my car.

I only turn it in when I need it which is rare. That’s why I’ve noticed this. Again, no big deal but strange.

Yes, Bluetooth is turned on after every update.
I never disable my Bluetooth because my Watch is connected to it.
