I sent a couple of SMS messages yesterday, nothing unusual occurred.

I had this issue sending texts to my wife, who is on an android, and again today. "Message failed to deliver." had to hard reset the phone to get it to work.

So neither my husband or I are on betas, but this happened to my husband last night when he texted his brother’s flip phone. He tried twice and it bounced back immediately. I tried from my iPhone and it went through.

I wonder if your carriers had a service disruption on their SMS/MMS network or your home and roaming SMS/MMS server(s).

P.S.: By roaming, I mean any server that is not local to your home registry location. Not related to carrier roaming while travelling.

This could be. We were at home, and I use our WiFi and he does not! Point goes to Team WiFi! ??????
