I'm back on the beta for the first time since last Summer. Dual sim 5G and facemask unlocking with the Apple Watch definitely gave me the urge to "test".

So far, so good.

Just my wife but was trying to take some weight off her shoulders. But on a positive note I love the new feature of unlocking the phone with a mask on.

I forgot to reinstall the beta profile so I was unaware of the newest dev beta. Anyway, I just finished installing it and am now updating 13 3rd-party apps that are waiting to be updated. Thus far, the newest dev beta is quick and smooth.

The ability to unlock an iPhone with the watch is a great feature. Wearing a mask has been the only disadvantage of Face ID. Now it is resolved. This beta is very nice.

Must be a carrier-side setting or so.
Because I’m with T-Mobile Netherlands and I can download and install updates just fine over 5G.

Same. Except for some reason the updated 14.5 wanted me to use WiFi.

The only way I’ve gotten around it is to begin a download on WiFi and then toggling it off in control center. The download continues on 5G.

I only did this because the wifi connection at my workplace is very slow.
