Do I get access to beta apps when I register as a developer?

I registered as a Developer to get access to the WWDC app on my phone. Does this mean I will also be able to et the beta versions of the OS or is there something more I need to do in order to get those?

Yes. After logging in to the Apple® Developer website, select the Downloads option on the left side of the screen.
