That's cool. I just know TechCrunch, who originally reported on this, updated their story last night indicating Deep Fusion would not be coming with this update. Good to see things have turned around. I'm pretty excited for this.

Both a Dutch website as well as Macrumors say it’s included.
I don’t follow TechCrunch. They are usually late with news. And to me, they come over as amateurs.

Seems like it´s included - took a photo with my 11 Pro and when I went to text it to someone immediately after taking it, it took a few seconds to “load”

It’s not there on my iPhone 7.
Could be because I’m in the Netherlands or because it’s an iPhone 7.
The app is available in Privacy Settings, though, just the app itself isn’t there yet.

Or is it an Apple Watch app? Downloaded watchOS 6.1 beta 2 (which also dropped today), but don’t have a charger with me to install. So I’ll check if that adds it to the AW later today. There is no research app on the AW App Store yet, either

Been running it for a full day on my new iPhone 11 and it is really smooth...battery life seems about the same, but where I work has really poor cell signal strength.
