[RESOLVED]Mail app opens to trash folder

Obviously it should open to the inbox - not trash. Is there a setting I need to change?

What device ? is there not an arrow top left of the screen which takes you back to “all mailboxes” ?

Yes, I can go to “All mailboxes” from trash, but I want it to OPEN on “All mailboxes”
It always did on my previous iPhones.

Why would I want it to open the “Trash” folder if I’m checking for new mail???

I would have thought that it would open on the page it was left on, Hard reset the thing a couple of times !

The native Mail app should open to the last folder you viewed.

I have two different email accounts set up. Both are with Comcast. It always opened up to all inboxes before I got iOS 13

Right, this has always been the case with me for as long as I can remember.

I figured it out. After I read my messages in the inbox, I delete them. Then I go to the deleted folder and delete them from there. So apparently even though I go back to the inbox, the last active folder was the trash folder. So that is the problem and why it opens up to the trash folder.
