I can’t recall if I’ve encountered this scenario before. Since the iPhone 11 will come with iOS 13, will I need to enroll a new iPhone 11 in the beta program before restoring from a backup if I’m on the 13.1 beta?

Yes. You can only restore identical OS versions. So if you're on 13.1 beta 3 on your current device, then you will have to get your new device on 13.1 beta 3 before you can restore.

No issues at all here. I've run through all of the areas that I had issue with before and everything seems to be good. So far it seems to be the most solid in this round of betas.

Well, that's going to be fun. Guess I gambled wrong that release day would be 13.1 since it came out before the phones this year. My last local backup was the 12.x one from before 13.0 beta 1 came out.

Yep. my last local back was 12.4 and right now the latest official is 12.4.1, so I'd have to wipe and set up as new device.

I had planned to do it like last year and get onto the gold master version before the new phones came out but yeah looks like I messed that up lol. Yeah I'll just put the new phone on the beta right away I guess since supposedly 13.1 official is going to just be a little over a week after they start shipping. Then I'll get onto 13.1 official and probably stay on official releases until the 14 betas next year.

I’m having one issue with widgets. The widget “My Favorites “ isn’t loading for me. A bit frustrating.

I’m also not able to tether my iPhone X to my MacBook Pro.

I've had widgets do that way before. Still don't know what causes it. You could try removing it, do a hard reset (reboot), then add it back.
If that doesn't work, try removing the widget, go sign out of your iCloud, then go add the widget back, then sign back in to iCloud.

Getting a random issue on the iPadOS where recent apps in the dock one will randomly not launch after a while. Tap it and nothing. The actual app icon not in the "recent apps" works fine. First it was the Google app and tonight it was Facebook. A restart is the only fix. This actually started on beta 2.

It seems that the touch screen on my iPad Pro is less sensitive and not responsive at times. Anyone else?

Anyone having issues with their battery indicator reading incorrectly?

I haven't noticed that. Have you tried calibrating the battery/indicator? Let your battery drain down until it shuts off. Then charge it to 100%. Let it continue to charge another 30 minutes or so. Then hard reset (reboot) your phone. See if that works.
