    That’s correct. Only available from the dev portal as IPSW file.

    When I went to install the IPSW file it prompted me to install the new version of iTunes, I clicked install it updated iTunes ...

    I downgraded from 13.1 beta to the iOS 13 GM....my mail app is all wonky, freezing and just gets stuck on loading or connecting any recommendations?

    Wait until Apple fixes it. It’s been this way since Beta 1 in June.

    Well waiting for a fix is a no go as I need mobile email to be functional at work. Looks like back to iOS 12 and won’t upgrade phones until they get their **** figured out. It wasn’t this way for 13.1 for me
