I don’t think iOS 13.1 will be released next Tuesday.
But I may be wrong. Or right. What do you think yourself?

Personally, I think iOS 13 will be released on Tuesday since they are focusing more on 13.1

There hasn’t been any more betas for 13 has there

I think the iOS 13 GM will be released to beta testers shortly after the Apple event on Tuesday. Then the official public release the following week.

That’s how I always remember it. In this case announcement on the 10th, iOS 13 and pre-order the 13th and first orders land the 20th...

We’re all just guessing here. I think the GM will be iOS 13 public beta 7/dev beta 8. This will be released after the Apple event. Then it will be released to the public the following week. iOS 13.1 will be released a few weeks later.

That’s what I see happening.

It's not going to happen. I guarantee it.

GM of whatever version of iOS 13 for devs then the following Tuesday or Wednesday iOS 13 released to the public.

I don’t think iOS 13 is being released. New iPhones will ship with iOS 13.1, so likely iOS 13.1 will be released a week or so after the event.

Every year, the GM build shows up on the Dev and public beta channels shortly after the iPhone event, but this year, both Public and Dev beta channels are already on 13.1. They won’t get a downgraded 13.0 GM build, as they are already on 13.1, so I can think of the following possibilities
1. The 13.0 GM will show up as IPSW downloads on Apple’s servers, but not as OTA
2. GM would be a 13.1 build and everyone on the public and Dev beta channels will get it OTA
3. The new iPhones will ship with 13.0, older phones will not get 13.0, will go straight to 13.1 a few weeks or a month after the announcement.

Pretty sure iOS 13 (and probably iPad OS) will be released when Apple announces/starts selling the iPhone 11. Really looking forward to iPad OS (the multitasking and more computer like UI looks great!)
