Over the weekend, I restored my iPhone X and set it up as new to get work-related experimental apps off of it in preparation of the first dev beta of iOS 13. Even though the latest 12.4 beta dropped today, I’m going to remain on the official 12.3.1 for the next 6 days.
I’ll definitely restore and set it up new again shortly after the keynote.

Installed earlier, then tornado, seems to be working fine though. Other than weird issues I ran into during installation. I installed the IPSW and it failed so I booted into DFU and tried again. Then iTunes crashed, so the install didn’t happen, booted into DFU, tried again, worked fine.

Looks like we will be having a 12.4 beta and iOS 13 beta running side by side. Wont be the first time we have seen that happen.

Betas for iOS 12 will cease when iOS 13 is officially released.
Until then, we’ll indeed have two betas.

This beta is running so well on my backup iPhone X, installed it earlier on my daily driver, iPhone Xs Max...working great!

With Apple making it much harder for the general public to install beta 1 of iOS 13, it makes more sense to have 12.4 beta running as well.

I wonder when we will see iOS 12.4 go official..running Beta 3 on my XS and it's smooth with no bugs or issues..Holding off on iOS 13 beta until 12.4 is official and I have a backup in place of the official build.

With 12.4 dropping not long ago and knowing these 2 betas would run side by side for a bit, I didn’t waste my time on 12.4 betas that really brought nothing new.
