iOS 12.3 Public Beta 3

I have three devices enrolled in the public beta, a 2017 iPad Pro, an iPhone SE, and an iPhone XS. Neither of the iPhones will see 12.3, the iPad had no issues. Am I missing something? All devices have a fresh beta profile. Did Apple pause the 12.3 beta for certain models? Thanks!

They did not pause anything.
Simply delete the profile, allow the devices to restart, reinstall the profile and restart them again. This will somehow trigger the update to appear and be installed.

I failed to mention that I did this already. I deleted the profile, restarted the devices and reinstalled the profile. Still nothing.

Not sure if it makes any difference or not, but the two iPhones are recent additions to the beta program and are sitting on 12.2

The iPad has been participating for months
