I wanted to ask this question even though I may know the answer.

On an iPhone running iOS 11 or higher, can a user prevent Wifi from being turned off?

Nowadays, teenagers know how to circumvent the router and turn off Wifi to use LTE to access various sites. I know there are circumstances or situations where a user has to turn if off when they are out in public. It is too bad there is nothing in parental controls to prevent a user from turning it off.

I'm not sure if this answers your question, but if you know specifically which sites you want to block, this article here on iMore may be helpful: How to block websites in Safari on iPhone and iPad

I am not trying to block sites. Plus, I already know how to block sites and restrict access to certain Apps.

My question is about restricting access to Wifi so my teen daughter cannot turn it off when she is at home. I am specifically talking about restricting access on the phone NOT the router.

Check out information on Apple's Support Page... if the answer you're looking for isn't here, then I think your best bet would be to contact Apple Support. Please keep in mind that we are all volunteers here, and I'm merely trying to help.

Without searching, I'd say using a MDM (mobile device manager) may solve the issue.
