Is there a way to transfer an app that’s no longer in the App Store from one iPad to another?

Hello,
I spent 49.99 on a programme called Dr. Phone. Does everything except what I need. That is to transfer only one application from one iPad to another. Does not support ios 9 and above.

This to me seems weird.

The applocation is not available in the application store anymore.

Any other way to do this?

Go to the iPad that still has the application. Force touch it until you see an option to share that application. Share it via iMessage or mail or really, anything else and open the link on the other iPad.
Download said app to that iPad and you’re good to go.

Please come here to search for an answer before you pay top dollar for something that should be free.
