I am tempted to remove the beta certificate to see if it makes it stop.

Did that last night. No change in pop up. We're just going to have to deal with it until Apple fixes it. Or you can wipe and reset back to 11.4.

This is part of the joy of beta testing. Things don't always go smooth.
