I think that was with iOS 11 if I'm not mistaken.

I noticed this too. But if I manually turn dnd off and back on, the message will show up

Settings crashes if you select a classic ringtone/tone and only a reboot will allow Settings app to work again.

Yes, I am unable to select a different classic tone after initially selecting one. Having said that, I didn’t have to reboot my device. I could back out if the classic section and select any other tone in the settings without a problem.

Ok thanks! I’ll try that. I also noticed they changed the font for notifications that happened during DND...it’s HUGE lol

Very similar. We have those here too, but they aren’t vegan...I’m weaning myself off cheese LOL

Recent discovery, found out that although exchange email now syncs with push on this build as well as sub-folders, the notifications for sub-folders don't show up to let you know via badge (did this in every other previous iOS version.) Have submitted a bug report to Apple.
