Can't install new Measure app

Hi. Installed the first public beta, doing fine.

One issue: I go into the app store and want to download the new "Measure" app. I touch the little cloud-download icon and it spins for a millisecond then just goes back the the little cloud-download icon.

Any suggestions?

If you swipe down to activate Spotlight and type "Measure" does it show up on your device?

It was already installed when I installed the beta...

Ditto. iPad rebooted and there's the icon.

Used it a few times. Highly questionable results.

Shazam! It was already installed, parked inside a folder of apps on my device.

So the only "bug" I'm seeing is the App Store doesn't seem to know it's already installed.

Yeah the app store has been a bit flaky lately.
