    I don't use the Animoji but a Memoji might be what gets me to use this feature

    I still have my iPhone 7 Plus 256GB Gold, so I have no way to use the MeMoji feature. You’re safe, for now.

    You need the infrared camera array just like with Animoji, since Memoji is just another form of Animoji. So at this point, yes it is exclusive to the X.
