Its not a GM. The GM build does not have a letter at the end and the feedback will be removed in the GM. GM possibly the end of this week or early next week, unless something major comes up. But this one is pretty solid as of now.

FWIW, 11.3 beta 6 was the last beta of 11.3 and the build number ended with "a". Ended up being the same as 11.3 (with the Feedback app removed and build number the same without the "a", of course.)

When I swipe down from the center top of my iPhone X, I get my recent notifications. When I swipe down from the top right, I get the control center. When I swipe down from the middle of the screen, i get my recent recently used apps.

See if Siri app suggestions is enabled under Settings > Siri.
