Handoff not working on my SE BUT is working on my iPhone 7. Both on IOS 11.0.1.

Easiest way to fix handoff is to log out and log in again into iCloud. These iOS updates have being breaking Handoff and personal hotspot and doing the procedure above fixes all issues to me.

Is handoff turned on in the settings on the iPhone SE?
