iCloud Photo Library Help

I installed iOS 11 on launch day and today did a fresh clean restart on my iPhone 7 and setup as new phone. I also installed iOS 11.0.1 too.

My iCloud Photo Library is on but it is not syncing. I’ve tried rebooting, turning it off/on; I’m connected to WiFi too.

Don’t know the issue? Anyone else experience this or recommend anything?

PS- my battery life is still God awful as it has been since iOS 11 launch day. Hoped 11.0.1 fixed it but doesn’t seem to have. Will see tomorrow.

Well, never mind. After a few hours of the new phone setup it finally started uploading the photos and syncing fine.

So I guess FYI for you guys- it can take a few hours to sync up in iOS 11
