where's my music?

I subscribe to apple music and for some reason everything I had on my phone is gone! Songs and playlists! But when I load up iTunes everything is on there but I can't figure out why it's all of a sudden just disappeared from my iphone (7+).

Could this be a reason why? It's grey-ed out and I have no clue why

I'm sorry that this happened to you!
Hopefully someone who knows how to solve this will reply as soon as possible. Don't worry, I'm sure your songs are saved up in the cloud.

Be sure you're signed in to iTunes. If so, sign out, then sign back in with your Apple ID. Or try signing out of iCloud, then sign back in.
