Are you asking how to highlight a specific word? If you are using the iMore website then look in the top left corner of the comment / Reply block. You should see a big letter 'H' thats got a yellow background. This will allow you to highlight certain words. If you are using the iMore Forums App this unfortunately can't be done unless you know the "CSS" Tags.
