What I'd suggest we do is post in this format when dropping our speculations:

Public Release: 10.x.x [TIME/DATE]
Developer Beta: 10.x.x [TIME/DATE]

Example:
Public Release: 10.1.1 - 8 AM on August 1, 2016
Developer Beta: 10.2.1 - 8 AM on August 2, 2016

I think 10.3.2 will be the last iOS 10 beta and update. So,

Developer Beta 10.3.2 beta 2 10am PST April 3, 2017

Developer Beta 10.3.2 beta 3 10am PST April 17, 2017

Public Release 10.3.2 10am PST April 21, 2017

Developer Beta 11.0 Beta 1 10am PST April 24, 2017

I think 10.3.2 will be the last iOS 10 beta and update.

At the pace that security updates are required, and knowing that the next iOS update is likely this September, I seriously doubt that 10.3.2 will be the last. There may not be a 10.4, but I expect that Apple will need to continue security patches going forward.

Just as a "for example", 9.3.1 came out almost exactly a year ago, and then there was a 9.3.2 in May, 9.3.3 in July, 9.3.4 and 9.3.5 in early and late August.
