JB iPhone 7+ 10.1.1

So I'm newish to iPhone. I've hacked, rooted and modded android for years.

I am on iOS 10.1.1 iPhone 7+

I know there is a JB for this device.

I have a few questions before I dive in and JB.

Can I have more than one back up on iTunes? I just backed up my phone today. Once I JB do I back up again? If I do that, will the new backup replace my non JB 10.1.1?

Or would I just un-JB before backing up my phone? Should I disable the automatic backup at midnight? Does that have an effect on JB?

You would have to find the folder containing your back up and physically move it. If you leave it and then backup your jailbroken phone it will just overwrite the backup. You can backup to iCloud, but a local backup to iTunes is more convenient.
