TV Show preview image disappeared in new 10.2 TV app... how to get them back?

Since upgrading my i7 and iPad Air 2 to 10.2, most of the TV show preview images have disappeared. I removed and did a re-sync but this has not fixed the issue. Every single show had a preview image before upgrading to 10.2 and they are now nearly all gone since upgrading on two separate devices so it would seem this iOS is the problem. Is there a way to fix or restore these?

Thanks. I was referring to the TV Shows that have been downloaded to my device, not the shows in the store. Do all the shows you have downloaded on your iPad have preview images?

Try this:

1 sign out your Apple ID then sign in again.
2 sign out your iCloud then sign in again.
3 sign out your Home Sharing then sign in again.
