Ios public beta upgrade over itunes

Currently I have no wifi. So only network options available are hotspot on mac (over iphone) and gsm data network on iphone. I know that I cant upgrade my public beta ios from iphone over gsm. So itunes and hotspot connection is way to go I guess. Is it possible to upgrade public beta ios from itunes? if yes how?

You can not install the Public Betas from iTunes. The only way to do it is OTA using the Public Beta Profile. If someone near you wants to enable their hotspot you can connect to that and do the update. It is small so you won't use much of their data.
