Hello,

My 6s+ has no personal hotspot menu (ios 10).

From googling, there're 2 solution,

1. Input manually for the personal hotspot setting, but my internet has no setting as well

2. Reset network setting - done that and still no personal hotspot

Anyone can help me please ? (I prefer not to factory reset or using itunes to restore)

Thx

Hotspot is a wireless carrier unlocked option. It gets unlocked as you pay for that service from the carrier. If you do already pay for it then you need to contact the carrier to resolve.

This applies ONLY if the carrier supports it.

OP, you need to check to see if your carrier and/or your plan supports it.

I'm sure my mobile carrier supports it, since I used to activate this feature many times on my previous android phone

It's carrier specific.

Like, I see you have VPN and the APN configuration, which I don't have. Unlike the hotspot.

VPN appeared because I installed opera vpn, and for the APN configuration, Isn't it available for every phone ? My iphone 5 has this configuration as well. But i'm not quite sure why it's not filled with my carrier setting.

Solved it, I just input "internet" at the hotspot apn, and the menu showed. In my country, all carrier support personal hotspot, no need to activate it. Just need some wierd manual tweak on iphone
